DESCRIPTION:Pre-registration and a $50 dollar fee are required (cash or check)\n\n\n\nHeartsaver CPR AED is a video-based\, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use\, infant CPR\, and how to relieve choking in adults\, children\, and infants. This course teaches skills with the AHA's research-proven practice-while-watching technique\, which allows instructors to observe the students\, provide feedback\, and guide the students' learning of skills.\n\n\n\nThis course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job\, regulatory\, or other requirements.\n\n\n\nPre-registration and a $50 dollar fee are required. A minimum of 6 participants are necessary for the class to be held. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act\, anyone having special needs should give advance notice when pre-registering for the course.\n\nFor more information or to register\, please contact McDonough County Health Department\n\nat (309) 837-9951 ext 2002.\n\n\n\nNOTE: THIS COURSE WILL BE TAUGHT USING THE NEW 2021 AHA GUIDELINES
