Lest We Forget Peace Rally

Organized under the leadership of the Director of the Veteran's Resource Center Ron Pettigrew, this event pays tribute to those injured and lost in the Macomb community tragedy on March 25th. 
Starts at 5:00 pm
Location – WIU Alumni Plaza (the bricked courtyard between Union and football field)
Ends in time to join the Prayer Walk near the Newman Center North end of campus.
Prayer Walk reminder:
Starts at 5:30 pm
There will be 4 stops for prayers along a 2 mile path through campus and town. It ends on the Macomb Square.
There will be a Police escort in front of walkers. GO-West Bus (available for those wishing to ride) following the walkers.
