This free workshop is geared toward local food producers and will walk attendees through a SWOT analysis, identifying farm goals and long-term objectives, developing a business plan, and identifying market opportunities in the local food sector. Presented by Sean Park and Whitney Miller of the Value-Added Sustainable Development Center, Illinois Institute for Rural Affairs at Western Illinois University.
