Mental Health First Aid

The UPDATED Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach adults how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) experiencing a mental health, addiction challenge, or crisis.
This updated course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan to help young people in crisis
and non-crisis situations.

The next training is June 7th, 2023, at the Regional Office of Education 26 First Floor Large Conference Room 130 S. Lafayette Street, Macomb, IL, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with lunch provided!
