After School Workers

The YMCA is looking for part time workers for our Elementary After School Programs! We are looking for workers who enjoy working with school age youth are reliable and motivated. We need staff who have experience in Education or Early Childhood OR are going to school for certain majors: Education, Child Care, Early Childhood, Physical Education, Nursing, Social Work, Parks & Rec. Having transportation to off-site locations may be required. This position is a part-time hourly 10-12 hours per week Monday-Friday. Availability needed is 2:30pm to 5:30pm, during the week. Under the supervision of the Coor/Director, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, caring environment to promote learning for the children that are enrolled. You will help supervise and interact with children by carrying out homework/reading time, crafts, games, and active play!
