You would be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of the Network Operations department under the direction of the VP of Competitive Services. This role directs and coordinates all network operations, including managing the installation, replacement, removal and maintenance of broadband routing, transport and access equipment, broadband support servers, and voice switching facilities. The role is also responsible for developing training and supervisory controls for network operations while ensuring staff understands preventive maintenance and safety procedures for all equipment. The director will oversee the service, maintenance and upgrades to the network infrastructure and develop strategies for delivering leading edge services to a wide range of subscribers. The director will build relationships with vendors to implement appropriate systems.
