As a recap, the Marketing Specialist will promote the MTC brand and help execute consumer research. The position will involve problem-solving, ingenuity, going beyond the traditional, and taking pride in the company. This role blends creativity with communication - from making great content and sharp visuals to connecting with our communities and helping run big projects. Public speaking at events and involvement in a wide range of marketing opportunities will be important to this role. This role will be face of the company and serve as a positive representative in the public and online.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
