As a Residential Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our customer base and bringing reliable fiber-optic internet to more homes across our service area. This role is centered on sales performance, relationship building, and community engagement. You'll connect directly with residents, identify their needs, explain the value of fiber technology, and guide them through the decision-making process. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable resource on our products and services, engaging potential customers directly, answering questions clearly, and closing sales on-site. The position is focused on driving revenue, serving customers and representing MTC in the field.

Pay range is $25.25-$29.69 per hour with eligibility for commission.
